Case study · Insurance · Quebec

A bilingual intake that qualifies before it books.

Built for a Quebec-based insurance advisor selling life coverage into a French and English market. Ads on one end, a qualified booked call on the other, and a record of which ad produced it on every lead in between.

The chain

Four steps, and the language follows the prospect through all of them.

  1. 01

    Meta ads

Campaigns run in French and English against a Quebec audience, each one carrying its own identifier through to the record it produces.

  2. 02

    Bilingual intake

A form in the language the ad was served in, collecting what an advisor actually needs before a first conversation rather than a name and an email.

  3. 03

    Qualification

Residency and date of birth captured at intake, because eligibility depends on both. A lead that cannot qualify is identified before anyone spends a call on it.

  4. 04

    Follow-up and booking

Follow-up in the same language, sent without waiting on the advisor, and a booking step that puts a qualified prospect straight into their calendar.

The part worth copying

Attribution is a column, not a report.

Every lead record carries the campaign that produced it, written at the moment of capture — language, channel and campaign resolved into one identifier stamped on the row. Not reconstructed later from a dashboard, not inferred from a timestamp, and not lost the moment somebody navigates to a second page before converting.

This matters because attribution cannot be backfilled. A record written without it is permanently unattributable, and the question it answers — which ad produced the people who actually qualified, rather than the people who clicked — can only be asked of data that was captured correctly the first time.

The demo

Watch it run end to end.

This is a build, not a performance report — no campaign figures are published here. What the recording shows is the system itself: an enquiry arriving, qualifying, and landing as a booked call with its source attached.

A walkthrough of the system: the intake, what it captures before a call is offered, the follow-up, and the record it produces with its campaign attached.

Why it is on this site

The same work sits under a policy check.

  • Structured capture over guesswork. Deciding what a record must contain before it is written is the same discipline as deciding which fields on an issued policy have to be compared against the quote.
  • Rules that a person can read.Eligibility here, a limit that does not match there — either way the logic is written down and editable rather than buried in a model's judgment.
  • Every record traceable to its source. A campaign identifier on a lead and a page citation on a discrepancy flag are the same idea: an output you can follow back to where it came from.

The offer is policy checking.

This page is here as evidence of how the work is built, not as something to buy. What is for sale is the first ten policies, checked free.
